Sure to be one of the festival highlights, tickets for the Roger Davies gig at St Paul’s Church are already available to purchase here

No strangers to local audiences, Roger Davies & His Band have recently enjoyed a succession of sold out concerts and are proud to be performing at the 2018 Mirfield Arts Festival. The stage is set for a celebratory show in an ideal venue.

Inspiration to form his own group came about after Davies accompanied folk/rock legends Fairport Convention on a 30 date nationwide tour in 2016 performing in some of the UK’s most prestigious venues such as York’s Grand Opera House, City Varieties Music Hall in Leeds and Union Chapel, London.

The Band delivered a stunning performance at the 2017 Great British Folk Festival at Butlin’s resort, Skegness and will be releasing their debut album in time for this special concert for us at Mirfield Arts Festival next July.

Expect lots of brand new material along with a selection of Roger’s signature songs including Brighouse On Saturday Night, Peter Brook’s Paintings, Into the Sun and The Ghost of Lily Fogg.

Join us for a night to remember: Saturday 14th July 2018
